Return & Refund Policy
Efroshbaytak.com will only accept returns for credit, only if the item(s) received is not the requested or purchased item or the item received does not work properly for any reason or any kind of malfunction. This condition is only accepted if efroshbaytak.com was directly contacted upon the receipt of the item by the customer.
a. efroshbaytak.com will not accept returns after 3 days.
b. Item should be in the same condition you received it. If you use or damage it, it can no longer be returned.
c. If the defective product can be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then the item cannot be refunded. Instead, you can arrange to get the item fixed or replaced.
d. The item should not be tampered with and should not have missing serial numbers, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories; otherwise, it will no longer be qualified for a refund.
e. The original package of any item should not be opened and should remain sealed.
2.How to return or exchange your purchase

- Your original sales receipt
- All original packaging, product manuals, unused product/s & accessories, and warranty information.
3.Exceptions to Return & Exchange Policy
Certain products and services may not be refunded, returned or exchanged, and these include:

b. Gift Cards
c. Special orders
d. Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse
e. BUNDLES: Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

a.VAT can’t be refunded after 3 months from date of purchase in case of approved returns.
a. No cash refunds are allowed.
c. In case of credit card payment, the amount after bank fees and transportation fees deduction is only refunded and is returned to the customer’s card.
d. Refunds are kept in the customer’s account.
e. Goods are returned based on the market price.
